This publication outlines how ReMuNet addresses vulnerabilities in European transport caused by disruptions like natural disasters and geopolitical conflicts. It introduces innovative tools, such as predictive models and a collaborative platform, to improve resilience, optimise routes, and reduce emissions. Aligning with the EU Green Deal, ReMuNet aims to future-proof freight transport, enhance efficiency, and support sustainable supply chains, contributing to the Physical Internet and advancing synchromodal transport systems.
