ReMuNet will be represented at the upcoming ITS European Congress 2026 in Istanbul by project partner PTV Group, contributing to discussions on how digital innovation can strengthen transport resilience.

Taking place from 27–29 April 2026, the ITS European Congress 2026 is one of Europe’s leading events on Intelligent Transport Systems, bringing together researchers, industry leaders, and policymakers to explore the future of mobility. With over 3,000 participants expected, the event provides a key platform for sharing cutting-edge developments and shaping the next generation of transport solutions.

On 29 April, Florian Krietsch from PTV will speak during the session “SIS 65: How can digital solutions and data be integrated to address the various types of disruptions in transport?” (14:00–15:00). The session will focus on one of the core challenges addressed by ReMuNet: how to better anticipate, manage, and respond to disruptions in increasingly complex and interconnected transport networks.

Through this contribution, PTV will showcase how advanced modelling, data integration, and digital tools can support more adaptive and resilient transport planning. The insights shared will directly reflect ReMuNet’s ambition to enable smarter, more flexible logistics systems capable of responding to real-time challenges.

By participating in this high-level discussion, ReMuNet continues to position itself at the forefront of innovation in synchromodal transport and digital logistics, contributing to a more efficient and sustainable European transport system.
